AutoLayer Raises $2.5M Seed Round

This Seed Round will go towards future AutoLayer developments

AutoLayer has just closed a Seed Round, raising $2.5M in order to greatly help achieve their vision of becoming a sophisticated interface within the EigenLayer ecosystem. The participants for this Seed Round include Kucoin Labs, Staked.vc, Morningstar Ventures, Black Edge Capital, Poolz Ventures, Spark Digital Capital, Dewhales Capital, and over 20 more Angels from leading DeFi protocols, advisors, and more.

The goal of AutoLayer is to become the premier gateway to LRTfi on Arbitrum, efficiently managing Liquid Restaked Tokens (LRTs), Liquid Staked Tokens (LSTs), AVSs, operators, and other ecosystem incentives, facilitating the development of strategies for optimal LRT utilization, and providing its users with all LRTfi in one interface.

This endeavor will go towards the development of AutoLayer V2, whose target is to achieve a much greater level of integration within the EigenLayer ecosystem. Some of these enhancements and new features include:

• Virtual Operators for EigenLayer: This feature aims to streamline operations and facilitate smoother integration within the EigenLayer ecosystem.
• Slashing Bounties: A mechanism designed to incentivize adherence to the protocol’s rules, thereby enhancing overall security.
• Auto-Compounding and Token Liquification: Strategies to maximize yields through efficient management of token liquidity and compounding.
• Management of Liquid and Illiquid Assets: Improved handling of assets to enhance liquidity and operational flexibility.
• AVS Scoring Implementation: A scoring system based on the level of institutional and retail involvement, aimed at better risk management and providing insights into the dynamics of AVS.

AutoLayer remains committed to enhancing the functionality and integration of the AutoLayer protocol within the broader EigenLayer ecosystem.
