AutoLayer Monthly Recap: August 2024
August has been one of the busiest months of the year for us. We’ve been hard at work preparing for LAY3R’s TGE to make sure that everyone is ready when the day comes (and it will come very soon!). With that in mind, let’s talk about everything that’s happened this August.
Dapp and Technical Updates
We made an update to our Dapp to fix several issues, such as:
- EigenLayer Points not displaying correctly
- The 5x Points Boost on BNB Chain being disabled for a few days
- EtherFi Points retrieval needing an update
- Inception LRT Points retrieval needing an update
- Galxe Campaign issues
The team is also working on providing the next iteration of the project as well as starting new integrations. If you would like to know the full details of these updates and fixes, you can read them here:
AutoLayer’s Achievements
Though most of our work has been focused on preparing for our token launch, we’ve still managed to achieve some important milestones this month, such as:
- Surpassing $110,000,000 in total trading volume as well as reaching our highest trade volume for a week at over $56,000,000
- Smashing the final milestone for AutoLayer’s Restaking Competition and guaranteeing a total prize of $200,000 in LAY3Rs for the Top 50 restakers. The last milestone was reaching $100,000,000 in trade volume, which coincides with the achievement above.
- Introducing our Referral Program — AutoLayer users can now refer their friends by generating a referral code and sharing it with them. On the referee’s 1st transaction, they get 2x Points and the referrer gets 0.5x Points. On every transaction after that, the referee gets 1.25x Points, and the referrer gets 0.25x Points.
- Initiating the integration processes with Linea, EverClear, Scroll, and Nektar, all of which will provide added functionality and make AutoLayer available to more users.
Community and Campaign Updates
We would like to immediately thank our wonderful community for helping us reach an all-time high in trade volume! With that said, we still have two ongoing campaigns for our community:
Restaking Competition Season 2: Even though all milestones have been reached, the competition is still not over yet! Keep making trades and secure your spot among the Top 50 who will receive $200,000 in LAY3Rs. The competition will end on TGE.
Summer Fest 2024: Our Galxe campaign is still ongoing and we have now showcased all of our partners and posted their respective quests (EverClear, EigenLayer, BNB Chain, Nektar Network, Kelp DAO, Linea, and Inception). We’ve also added a General Restaking quest during this time. $50,000 in LAY3Rs will be distributed to 1000 users (top 900 from the leaderboard + 100 random winners). Summer Fest will end on September 16.
